Drawn Picture By: Joseph Santos Field Notes 9/16
This is one of the first drawings I've made of the creature called Katydid, before she had laid eggs across the branch placed in her cage. A good description of this insect would be from my field notes, "It has six legs. The hind legs are its largest, and goes medium in the middle, and smallest in the front. On its small head it has two antennas. It also has the body shape of a leaf, and under that leaf shape she has a torso of a bean."
